REFUND PROCESS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sydney Leather. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
